Privacy Policy

SceneChaser is operated by Silver Directive LLC. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language. Effective July 13, 2026.

What we collect

• Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and outbound link clicks. This involves cookies set by Google. We don’t sell this data or use it for advertising profiles of our own.
• Community submissions. If you log a filming location, we store what you submit: the title, scene description, coordinates, optional series name, and any photo you upload. Submissions are reviewed before publication and, once approved, are public. Don’t include personal information in a submission.
• Nothing else. Browsing SceneChaser requires no account, and we collect no names, emails, or payment details from visitors.

Third parties

Submissions are stored with Supabase (our database and file-storage provider). Analytics is provided by Google. Booking links on location and destination pages go to third-party sites such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide, and Skyscanner — their privacy policies apply once you leave SceneChaser, and we may earn a commission from bookings made through those links.

Your choices and rights

You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site. To request removal of a submission you made — including a photo — email contact@scenechaser.com with a link to the entry and we’ll take it down.

Children

SceneChaser is a general-audience travel resource and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
